volunteering for the festival

Ever wonder what's involved behind the realization of a film festival?  Do you have a love for film?  Now you too can get involved and be part of the team that will bring forth the 2008 edition of VISIONFEST: The Other Festival. 

The Domani Vision Film Society is in need of volunteers to help prepare for VF08 which will run September 17-21, 2008, in New York City's Tribeca Cinemas. 

Each year, DVFS embraces the enthusiasm, dedication, commitment, and hard work of volunteers who enable VISIONFEST to pursue its mission of promoting domestic filmmaking and 'bringing you tomorrow's visionaries today'.    Volunteers have the opportunity to learn about development, marketing strategies, PR, and basic non-profit management while working with a 'dream team' of industry professionals.
